British Chinese Food Culture Project Ceremony
Ming-Ai has celebrated its third oral history project The British Chinese Food Culture at St Martin-in-the-Fields, 3rd December 2011. Counsellor Li Hui of Chinese Embassy, celebrity chefs Ken Hom O.B.E., Ching-He Huang, William Poon and Kam Po But, Mr Woon Wing Yip O.B.E., Mr Deh-Ta Hsiung, etc. had attended the ceremony, and shared their thought of Chinese food culture with the other guests.

Ming-Ai (London) Institute has been appointed as a Global Marketing Network Professional Development Centre in October 2010. Under the agreement Ming-Ai (London) Institute will be delivering Global Marketing Network approved programmes and workshops to support the continuing professional development of Chinese marketing and business executives. Ming-Ai also delivers a range of language and business culture programmes designed to support business professionals who want to enter the Chinese market and it is intended that Ming-Ai's expertise in this area will also be promoted across the GMN network, worldwide.

The open day with free taster sessions are an opportunity to meet with some of the staff and students, and to find out more about studying at Ming-Ai.
The Institute offers affordable short courses and other tailor-made programmes for the general public, organises various workshops and also caters for specific groups with interests in Chinese culture.
